Terms & Conditions — 499net Platform Rules

By accessing the 499net website at https://499net.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users of the 499net platform.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. 499net reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you access 499net on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the platform.

The 499net platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 499net operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and age verification documentation may be requested at any time, including before any withdrawal is processed.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the 499net platform:

• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of 499net, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not have an existing active or suspended 499net account under any name or email address.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether initiated through 499net or any third-party responsible gambling body — that would prohibit you from gambling online.
• You are of sound mind and are acting of your own free will in registering and participating on the platform.

499net reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation. The platform will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling and will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry in this regard.

To access the full range of 499net services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are prohibited from registering using false, misleading, or incomplete information.

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 499net platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under fictitious identities — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 499net will close all accounts in excess of the first registered account and may, at its discretion, void any winnings or bonuses attributed to the additional accounts.

3.2 KYC Verification

499net operates a mandatory KYC verification process in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to confirm player identity and age. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number).
• Source of funds documentation in cases where deposits exceed certain thresholds, at 499net's sole discretion.

Verification documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. Documents that appear edited, obscured, or inconsistent with the information provided at registration will be rejected and may result in account suspension pending further investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 499net will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify 499net immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

All player funds on 499net are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 499net does not charge players a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of 499net, and the platform accepts no responsibility for such third-party fees.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

499net currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — processed instantly.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing time up to one (1) business day.
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard — processing time subject to card issuer.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed at the point of deposit. 499net reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance; any pending verification requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal is released.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: typically within 24 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer: one (1) to three (3) business days following approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: three (3) to five (5) business days following approval.

499net reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected, 499net may delay, suspend, or permanently withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an internal or external investigation.

4.3 Funds Integrity

Players may only deposit funds that are their own and sourced through legitimate means. 499net has a zero-tolerance policy towards the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any account found to be associated with suspicious financial activity will be immediately suspended and referred to the relevant authorities.

499net offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, and to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general policy, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified; if the requirement is not met within the allotted period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are offered at 499net's sole discretion and may be limited to players meeting specific eligibility criteria, including but not limited to: account status, deposit history, geographic location within Bangladesh, and the payment method used for the qualifying deposit. 499net reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Strategies designed to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to hedging bets across outcomes, using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or systematically placing low-risk wagers to clear wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk — are considered bonus abuse and constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions. 499net reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified, regardless of whether a withdrawal has been requested.

As a registered player on the 499net platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. You accept full and sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Using the platform to facilitate, conceal, or launder the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Employing any software, script, bot, spider, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the platform in any way not expressly authorised by 499net.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in any game or platform component to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus outcomes.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise making your account accessible to any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards 499net staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access any part of the platform's back-end systems, databases, or infrastructure through any means.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent any platform restriction.

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and the withholding of any pending withdrawal pending investigation. 499net reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

499net reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws or to protect the integrity of the platform.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 499net support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 499net will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the player's registered payment method and close the account within a reasonable time frame. 7.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

Grounds for involuntary suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime; failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame; operating multiple accounts; or any conduct that 499net reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the general public interest.

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where closure is due to unresolved verification issues, the balance will be held in escrow for a period of 90 days pending resolution. If verification is not completed within that period, the funds may be surrendered in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform due to gambling-related concerns may request a temporary cool-off period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion directly from the account settings panel. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months and requires identity verification before any reinstatement request will be considered.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499net, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if 499net has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

499net does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, free of errors, free of viruses, or suitable for any particular purpose. Access to the platform may be interrupted for maintenance, technical upgrades, or reasons beyond 499net's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or governmental or regulatory action. 499net will use reasonable endeavours to restore platform availability as quickly as possible following any such interruption.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 499net's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the 499net platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 499net or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent from 499net is strictly prohibited.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved through 499net's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 499net with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
